We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn earrings in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned with the security seal intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the earrings in their original display box and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
